Healing
Breath for Stress Reduction Course at UTMB in January
Throughout our lives we learn many skills: reading,
writing, science, music and art; but very few of
us have actually learned the true Art of Living. We are rarely
taught how to handle our negative emotions - anger, depression,
stress. Yet, the quality of our life depends upon the quality
of our mind. The Art of Living course offers simple, but effective
techniques which eliminate toxins and stresses that accumulate
in our systems over time. They are a unique way to harmonize
and energize the Body, Breath, Mind, Emotions & Spirit. The course
helps in eliminating stress, resolving conflict, improving health and living
life with new joy and enthusiasm - A combination of the very best of ancient
wisdom and modern science. Lata More, M.D. with the Art
of Living Foundation is facilitating the Healing Breath for Stress Reduction
Course here at UTMB in January 2006.
Dates of the Course: June 16th - 20th
Location: Primary Care Pavilion (PCP) 2.268
Tuition Cost: $375.00/person UTMB
Students & Seniors (Ages 65 & above) - $200.00/person
